Benefits can be different depending on the type of plan you have and services you receive. I run all insurance prior to appointments so you have a clear understanding of your costs & benefits.

I always want to be upfront with individuals that in order to use insurance, the primary individual needs to have a diagnosis attached. If this is a concern for you, then we can discuss private pay and sliding scale fees.
